Digital goods - all sales final
EZApplys offers a digital software extension. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate on-device access to the premium features, all sales of the ₹99 one-time unlock are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the payment is successfully processed and the extension features are unlocked. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.
No subscription to cancel
The ₹99 unlock is a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel - you will never be charged again. The free features of the extension remain free and require no payment at all.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was debited but the premium features did not unlock, or if you were charged twice for the same device, write to support with the UPI reference number and the email you used for the receipt. Verified duplicate or failed-unlock charges are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
