EZApplys is a desktop Chrome extension that fills job applications and finds recruiter contacts. This policy explains exactly what we collect, and what we never touch.
Data collection
Through the extension we collect email addresses only for license verification and payment receipt generation. Your resume and application history never leave your device. The website itself uses analytics, described in section 06.
Google Chrome Limited Use Disclosure
The use of information received from Google APIs and Chrome extension permissions will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data. We do not use data for personalized advertising or credit-worthiness. Humans cannot read your data.
What stays on your device
Resume files and the text parsed from them, your stored profile details, generated messages and drafts, and your application tracker are all held in local browser storage on the machine you installed the extension on. Resume parsing and form answering run on Chrome's on-device model - the document is not uploaded to us or to any third party. Deleting the extension, or using "Delete all" inside it, removes this data permanently.
Payments and third-party services
The ₹99 one-time unlock is processed by Razorpay, and the resulting license record is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase. For that transaction we hold your email address and the payment status only. We never receive or store your card, bank or UPI credentials. No account, login or sign-up is required to use EZApplys.
Your rights and contact
You may request deletion of the email address attached to your license at any time by writing to us. Requests are actioned within 30 days. Support: vykrram@gmail.com. Sector 52, Ardee City, Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Website analytics
The EZApplys Chrome extension processes your data on your own device. Your resume, the answers it fills in and your application history are never uploaded to us or to any analytics service. This website is separate from the extension. ezapplys.com uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic and conversions, so we can see how many people reached a page and where they came from. GA4 runs only on the website, never inside the extension, and it has no access to your resume, your application history or anything else the extension stores on your device. Blocking analytics in your browser does not affect the extension.
